Academic cooperation between the EU and Paraguay: virtual matchmaking sessions from November 11-13, 2025 (Nov. 2025)

Everyone interested in creating consortia for Erasmus+, MSCA, Horizon Europe calls, or other collaborative opportunities is invited to register on the matchmaking platform, where virtual matchmaking sessions will be organised from November 11-13:

• November 11, 2025, 13:00 - 17:00 CET 

  • Educational Development and Mobility: capacity building projects, joint degree programs, mobility, etc.

• November 12, 2025, 13:00 - 17:00 CET 

  • Digital Focus: digitalization of industries, inclusive digital society, data science, cybersecurity etc.

• November 13, 2025, 13:00  - 17:00 CET

  • Green Focus: renewable energies, sustainable forestry, circular economy, etc.

Invitație la workshop – Integrarea dimensiunii de gen în cercetare (12 noiembrie, București) (Nov. 2025)

UEFISCDI vă invită la workshopul „Fixing the knowledge: Embedding gender dimension within your research”, susținut de Prof. Charoula Tzanakou, Director al Centre for Diversity Policy Research and Practice, Oxford Brookes University.

Workshopul va avea loc pe 12 noiembrie 2025, ora 10:00, fizic, la sediul UEFISCDI (Str. Frumoasă nr. 30, etaj 2, București).

Workshopul va fi interactiv și aplicat, oferind:

• o introducere în conceptele și instrumentele cheie privind dimensiunea de gen în cercetare,

• exemple de bune practici și metodologii,

• lucru în echipe pentru integrarea perspectivei de gen și a altor dimensiuni (vârstă, etnie, dizabilitate) în proiecte.

Priorities for Research and Innovation and the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan 2025–2027 (Oct. 2025)

This document, prepared by the Horizon Europe NCP Unit @ UEFISCDI, outlines the European Commission’s nine key Research and Innovation (R&I) priority areas for 2024–2029 and their alignment with the Horizon Europe Strategic Plan 2025–2027. It details the policy shift toward deployment, competitiveness, and European sovereignty across strategic domains such as AI in science, bioeconomy, clean energy, environment, food systems, health, industry, social sciences, and transport. Horizon Europe - Draft Work Programmes 2026-2027 (Oct. 2025)

The European Commission is preparing the next Horizon Europe Work Programme for 2026–2027 in close consultation with the EU Member States. For the first time, the Commission has decided to make draft versions of the work programme’s individual parts publicly available ahead of the official publication.
